Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Paintbox Graffiti. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree — don't use the site. Simple as that.

1. Who We Are

Paintbox Graffiti Ltd sells graffiti supplies, apparel, and related services through this website: www.paintboxgraffiti.co.uk. All content, products, and services are owned or licensed by us.

2. Using the Site

• Don't break the law using our site.

• Don't try to hack, disrupt, or abuse the site or other users.

• Don't copy or steal our content, product images, or descriptions.

We reserve the right to block or ban anyone who messes with the vibe.

3. Products & Pricing

• Prices may change at any time without warning.

• Product availability is not guaranteed — if we oversell something, we'll refund you or offer an alternative.

• All orders must be paid for in full before shipping.

4. Shipping

We ship UK-wide. Delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. Once it's with the courier, it's out of our hands, but we'll always try to help if something goes wrong.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. In short: we don't accept returns on spray paint unless it's damaged. Other stuff might be returnable if unused.

6. User Content

If you send us photos, reviews, or tag us in posts, you're giving us permission to repost them on our website or socials (with credit, obviously).

7. Liability

We're not liable for:

• Any damage from misuse of our products

• Any loss resulting from delays, site downtime, or order issues

• Anything outside our control (e.g. couriers messing up)

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Check out our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. Keep checking back — we won't spam you about it.
